March Holiday Open House at My Gym@ Buona Vista

My Gym@ Buona Vista which has been supportive of children with special needs as well as under-privileged ones is now offering a free trial to the autism group during the March school holidays. If you are looking for a gym programme with staff trained to support children with special needs in the west, do take the opportunity to experience their programme. The trial will include a full experience of an hour’s programme followed by 30 minutes of get to know one another.

Date: 14 March 2018 (Wednesday)


Time: 11.30am to 1pm


Target age: 3 to 6 years old

In our everyday life of raising a child with autism, even as we face our fair share of difficult situations, many of us have also been touched by various acts of kindness from members of the public. Let’s show our appreciation to the larger community on Autism Awareness Day this year by making and giving something back! This project allows us to reach out to members of the public and sow goodwill through a random act of kindness in the form of a small gift, paid and made with sincerity by participating families.     Performing Arts Extra•Ordinary People's performing arts classes are designed to cater to children and persons with different abilities. We believe everyone can and should experience arts on their own terms. Through providing experiential opportunities, we aim to develop confidence, nurture interest and talent, and encourage self-expression through the arts. Students can also look forward to inclusive performance opportunities. Our performing arts classes are conducted by Resident Artists who are certified or experienced in working with persons with different abilities. There are six programmes available: For all SN diagnosis, severity, ability. Caregiver may shadow if needed. Registration is now open. Single Trial class $20/session.
